Dans cette optique, la Déclaration appelant à l’abolition des armes nucléaires, émise par Josei Toda en 1957, apparaît comme le texte fondateur de l’engagement de notre mouvement contre les armes nucléaires. Dans ce commentaire, inédit en français, il est notamment question de la pratique du don, thème du dossier de ce mois.</p> <p style="text-align:left;">En plus de ce commentaire, le lecteur trouvera en complément un extrait du volume 4 de <em>La Nouvelle Révolution humaine</em>, chapitre « Triomphe », où il est question de l’histoire et de l’esprit du don dans la Soka Gakkai, depuis son origine sous la direction du président Toda, le 3 juillet 1951. Il montre également le chemin pour s’acquitter de ses dettes de reconnaissance, en expliquant que les fleurs de la victoire que les disciples ont fait fleurir retourneront à la terre sous forme de bonne fortune pour le maître, et que les nouvelles fleurs de la victoire naîtront de cette terre du maître et du disciple. Ma femme et moi sommes fiers d’avoir suivi ce chemin tout au long de notre vie. Notre souhait le plus cher est de remettre solennellement à toutes les femmes engagées et sincères de la Soka Gakkai une couronne de fleurs du bonheur qui surpassera en éclat toutes les tiares incrustées de pierres précieuses.
